Rob Robbins is a painter whose large-scale works explore landscape, memory, and ecological perception. His paintings combine direct observation with accumulated experiences of place, bringing together different locations, seasons, and moments within complex, layered compositions.

Robbins received his MFA in Painting and Printmaking from Yale University and his BFA from Columbus College of Art & Design. His work has been presented in solo and group exhibitions, including at No Place Gallery in Columbus, Ohio, and the Oxford Community Arts Center. Upcoming solo exhibitions include Covenant College in Lookout Mountain, Tennessee, and the Cleveland Botanical Garden.

Robbins is Professor of Studio Art at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where he teaches painting and drawing. He served on the National Association of Schools of Art and Design (NASAD) Commission on Accreditation from 2020 to 2026 and continues to work nationally as an accreditation site visitor and consultant.
