Lets start with a few resources for artists.  With these links you will find the good and the bad, but mostly the good.  As with all good things in life, you might have to work a little to get what you want, but these web sites often have buried in them some of the best opportunities for artists.  They won’t all be free, but if you put in the time you will find something good.

Keep checking back with this blog and you will see the big free stuff, so don’t worry.

Rob Robbins is an artist and a professor that has been showing work for over 20 years, and has watched as the trend toward exorbitant entry fees has created a new economy where artists are funding the galleries and award competitions rather than galleries providing revenue streams so artists can keep working.  This blog is a resource to help artists show their work in a way that is financially sustainable for them.
